I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 24 years, and I’ve worn just about every hat you can think of—from loan officer to business owner to compliance expert. I’ve been a Responsible Individual (RI) in Arizona since 2009, helping mortgage companies navigate the licensing and compliance maze so they can focus on growing their business.

I know firsthand what it takes to build and sustain a mortgage company because I’ve done it myself. I owned a mortgage company and successfully guided it through the regulatory challenges of the Great Recession. That experience taught me a lot—not just about compliance, but about what it really takes to scale a business while staying on the right side of the rules.
